Our guiding principles

A family of experts

We have been part of the intralogistics ecosphere since 1980 and know that each of our project partners needs individual solutions in order to realize their full potential. This requires colleagues who see themselves as companions and trailblazers. That’s why we will give you a comprehensive insight into these processes so that you can help shape the solution independently and on an equal footing. Our aim is to develop best practices, establish them on the market and adapt them individually in every project in order to incorporate the findings back into our software.

In order to achieve this, however, our company culture must also match. For this reason, we value individual induction phases (sponsorships and mentoring), independent activities, a permanent position and a people-oriented environment with flexible and open communication channels.

” When it comes to quality, it is particularly important to support each other across all levels. Only by combining the skills and knowledge of several people can complex or large-scale tasks be solved effectively.”

Mathias Thomas

“My biggest goal is to create a company in which 140+ people are happy and have no fundamental anxieties. Of course, this can only be maintained through continuous work and participation from everyone.”

Our culture

TUP.Forum

Open exchange of knowledge

Our experience in the market since 1980 has brought together a wealth of knowledge. To ensure that our mix of experienced specialists and young professionals can work together on an equal footing, we have launched a regular exchange of knowledge via our ‘FORUM’ series of events. The aim is to offer a platform where everyone can present individual topics.

Open spaces

Organization of interest groups and events

Several boules teams that have set up their own court, a table tennis and chess group that play their matches in the cafeteria, and a cooking group that gets together every day to try something new in our kitchen. Excellent collaboration on an equal footing requires freedom that can be shaped individually.

Company culture

Open communication channels and participation

Our internal communication channels and our intranet make it easy to share and discuss topics and suggestions with everyone. In this way, we create participation and the opportunity to co-shape our company culture at any time.

Team spirit

Fitness and outdoor sports create community

Offering physical well-being is a central aspect of our company culture. That’s why every employee has the option to arrange individual training and coaching with our personal trainer Andreas Marcello-Ferrara.
