TUP.WMS Warehouse Management System in use at an international discount retailer group at the Køge distribution center

TUP.WMS serves as the warehouse’s central interface. Acting as a warehouse control system, the TUP software connects Vanderlande’s Automated Case Picking (ACP) material flow computer, the SAP or SAP EWM system that controls the rest of the warehouse, and the data warehouse where all operations are stored.

Project Highlights

TUP was not brought on board until after the requirements specification phase was complete. Implementation was only possible thanks to TUP’s adaptive software and high flexibility.
TUP.WMS as a warehouse control system / control layer between the SAP host system and the Vanderlande material flow control system
High-performance interfaces to EWM systems, data warehouses, and Vanderlande functional modules (workstation modules such as depalletizing, palletizing, etc.)
Complete simulation of adjacent systems (SAP-EWM host system) for efficient mass testing and the training phase of the automated technology
