Misconduct in the workplace, particularly in relation to bribery and corruption, can cause significant damage not only to the company concerned and its employees, but also to society as a whole. People who point out such misconduct are often referred to internationally as whistleblowers. By reporting compliance issues, they show courage and integrity. It is the responsibility of companies to protect these individuals appropriately without suffering any disadvantages as a result of reporting compliance information.

TUP strongly encourages employees and external individuals to report misconduct. In this way, they contribute significantly to the fight against injustice and protect both employees and the company as a whole from potential harm.
