Hermes Fulfilment GmbH
TUP Warehouse Management Solutions at Hermes
The Haldensleben site—now a Hermes Fulfilment distribution center, originally established as an Otto mail-order operation—has linked TUP with the Otto Group for decades.
The site has grown into one of Europe’s largest e-commerce logistics centers, where approximately 3,600 employees now work. To secure this position for the future, Hermes Fulfilment is replacing the existing storage and retrieval machines with 61 new aisle-based systems from the manufacturer Stöcklin as part of the ongoing “Goliath61” project. TUP is once again responsible for the software implementation and is replacing the existing material flow computer while operations continue uninterrupted. Read about the various perspectives of the project partners involved from Hermes Fulfilment and Stöcklin.
