When Lusini – a hospitality and restaurant equipment company originally founded as the Erwin Müller Group – built its warehouse in Wertingen, TUP was not only responsible for the warehouse management system but also coordinated the construction, engineering, and infrastructure work and served as the integrator for the entire software system. The result, in 2009, was a custom-tailored “Erwin Müller Warehouse Management System” (ELS) that integrated mobile devices into all functional areas of logistics from the very beginning.

When the company later migrated its ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics AX, TUP transitioned the warehouse management system to the new platform—while operations continued uninterrupted and in a phased approach across multiple clients. Ongoing warehouse operations remained unaffected throughout the entire migration phase.

In this way, TUP supported the company – now operating under the name Lusini – from the establishment of the warehouse site as the general coordinator for construction, technology, and infrastructure, through to the integration and ongoing development of the warehouse management system.
