adidas - Uffenheim Distribution Centre

Project Information

adidas is the world’s second largest sporting goods manufacturer. Around four million parts per month are dispatched from the distribution centre in Uffenheim.

The Challenges At Adidas

Incoming orders at adidas are influenced by major sports events, seasonal fluctuations and fashion trends. This results in clear fast and slow-moving items. The company also has highly dynamic business processes – simply due to its size.

  • 50.000 to 80.000 Delivery Notes Per Month
  • > 16 Countries
  • > 10.000 Clients With > 15.000 Delivery Addresses

The business profile and stocked goods are also very heterogeneous.
