We accompany our project partners over many years by providing our software solutions and other services. Therefore, we are looking for IT system management assistants who, in cooperation with us, will provide administrative support for our internal systems and those of our customers. We are an internationally active family business specializing in software for controlling and planning intralogistic processes. We optimize the often highly automated logistics in large warehouses and distribution centers through our customized solutions. To this end, we develop warehouse management systems for our customers in industry, retail/e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, the automotive sector and aviation.
Some of our project partners are Otto Group, Zalando, Canyon, adidas, Bosch, Subaru, TUIfly, GLS Logistik and Pfizer. As a company active in research and university teaching, our goal is to actively shape topics such as artificial intelligence and analytics, which will give you exciting insights into two fast-growing industries.

Your tasks
As an IT systems management assistant, you will work closely with our project teams, sales and internal support in these areas of activity:
- Project planning as well as post-calculation of internal and/or customer-related hardware and software projects in cooperation with IT
- Pricing and negotiation as well as purchasing of hardware, software and if necessary services (in consultation and cooperation with IT, PL’s and if necessary sales)
- Maintenance as well as commercial processing of external HW and SW maintenance contracts of the different manufacturers
- Internal and external communication with well-known manufacturers, customers and suppliers
- License management and administration of maintenance contracts
Your skills
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT systems management assistant (m/f/d), a technical apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in the commercial as well as in the IT sector
- You bring technical understanding and are enthusiastic about the diverse areas of IT
- Several years of practical experience, especially in the field of project planning of hardware and software
- Knowledge of common procedures and products in the enterprise IT environment
- Experience in the implementation and design of billing processes
- Business background in accounting and contracting
- Confident in the use of common office applications
- Ability to work as part of a team within small teams with colleagues of all ages is a prerequisite
- High sense of responsibility, strategic thinking and good communication skills complete your personal profile
- Knowledge of German and English business fluent
